Dr.sc. MOM Implantology M.sc. Darko Slovša dr.med.dent.
Dr. Darko Slovša is a recognized expert in the field of oral surgery, implantology and bone defects of the jaw. In his career he has successfully placed more than 20,000 dental implants. He has a work permit for four European Union countries.
Darko Slovša was born on February 10th, 1972 in Zagreb. He graduated from primary and secondary medical school in Zagreb.
- From 1991 to 1999 he worked as a medical technician in Berlin.
- In 1993 he enrolled at the Faculty of Dentistry in Berlin (Benjamin Franklin). He graduated there on January 27, 1999.
- From 10/2000 to 06/2002 he worked as an assistant dentist in the clinic for maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery in the “Katharinenhospital Stuttgart”
- From 06/2002 to 03/2006 specialist in oral surgery in the clinic for maxillofacial and facial surgery, plastic surgery in Stuttgart Katharinenhospital after the exam on November 30, 2005 he worked until March 1, 2006 as an oral surgeon in the same clinic.
- 02/2006 completed doctorate over 3 years with the grade “magna cum laude” on the subject: cell biological investigation of the effect of bioactive lasers on human gingiva fibroblasts
- 2008: Recognition of specialization as an oral surgeon in Croatia
- May 2009: Examination and obtaining the title «Specialist Implantology – DGZI» German Society for Dental Implantology
- September 2009: Recognition of the doctoral title dr.sc.
- 01/2011: Recognition of specialization as an oral surgeon and dentist and nostrification of documents in Slovenia, member of the Slovenian Medical Chamber
- 10/2011: Passing and obtaining the title “Master of Oral Medicine in Implantology” – Münster, Germany as the first in Croatia, Italy and Slovenia.
- 11/2011: Recognition of the specialization as oral surgeon and dentist and nostrification of documents in Italy.
- 10/2011: Passing and obtaining the title “Master of science in implantology and dental surgery” – Münster, Germany as the first in Croatia, Italy and Slovenia.
